Response One: We would implement the following strategies—question students, discussion, written summaries, think-pair-share (group/pair work), quizzing/testing, review game, etc.
ReplyDeleteResponse Two: We would use the following technologies to instruct in the classroom—PowerPoint’s, audio, video, simulation activities, Internet (e.g., Wiki’s, research, games, building websites), Prezi presentations, and photo editing.
The strategies that I use are both formative and summative. Some of the strategies that I implement in my classroom are checklists as we do an activity and every student must have and input. Worksheets and then have students go to the board and write answers. Games are always fun and students often don’t notice they are being assessed. Exit cards are great for a quick assessment and to be able to focus on the next lesson.
ReplyDeleteThere are many ways in which I can incorporate technology in my classroom. I can create websites and my students can have access to information that pertains to my classroom. I also like blogs and journaling is part of my lessons and using blogs is an excellent way to have students journal outside of my classroom. In addition, with a projector, I can make prezis, PowerPoints, websites to project the information necessary.
